Dinner on the Bonfire

Joel requested that we make hot dogs on the fire at my parents house last night.  He had also been asking for smores.    So we cooked our entire dinner and smores on the campfire.  The kids loved it.  Here are some pics from the night.

Fishing

Joel has been asking to go fishing for a while now so my dad bought him a fishing pole to use.  He thought it was pretty fun throwing the line out reeling it back in.  Here are some pictures of them fishing:

Terracotta Warriors

A couple of weeks ago I took the kids to see the new Terracotta Warriors exhibit at the Childrens Museum.  They thought it was pretty cool to see all the warriors and horses.  Here are some pictures from the exhibit:

End of Tball Trophies

Last weekend was Joel's last game.  He had an end of the year picnic and trophy presentation on Sunday.  He really enjoyed getting his trophy with his name on it.  Here is some picutres of the kids from his team and him receiving his trophy.

A couple of weeks ago Joel got the game ball from his Tball game.  He had a great game that day and stopped a couple of ground balls.  Here is a picture of him with the gameball:

Strawberry picking

At the beginning of June I took the kids to pick strawberries per Joels request so that we could make a pie.  Joel ate his weight in strawberries and Bethanie was a great picker:)  Here are some pics of the day:

Caroline 5 months

A week ago Caroline turned 5 months but since we were in Chicago I didn't get a chance to blog about it.  She is a very good baby.  She is very easy going and just goes with the flow.

She is currently eating 4 oz every 3 hours with oatmeal mixed in with it for her reflux.

She is wearing size 2 diapers and size 3-6 month clothes.

Likes:  eating food, being talked to,  her sister and brother,  playing with her toys, swimming and playing in the bath

Dislikes:  being on her tummy for to long, being strapped into her carseat, not being held
