Happy Halloween

15 month appointment

Joel went in for his 15 month appointment and was great. He is 24 lbs 7 oz which is 50%. He is 31 3/8 inches which is 50% and his head is 47 cm which is also 50%. The doctor said that he is developing normally for a child his age. He now has 7 teeth and is doing just fine.

Chloe's Birthday weekend

Pumpkin Train

A couple of weekends ago Matt and I took Joel on the pumpkin ride. Its a 25 minute train ride to a corn field in the middle of nowhere where you pick pumpkins, pet animals, and go on a hay ride. Joel had a great time.

Visit to Dallas

Matt and I went a couple of weekends ago to visit some U of M Business school friends Karishma and Ashok in Dallas. My friend Karishma was pregnant at the same time I was and we had our babies 6 weeks apart. This is the first time that the boys got to meet each other and they had a great time playing together.

Day 1: We took the boys to the World Aquarium. It was pretty neat.

Day 2: The husbands went golfing and the women took the boys to the childrens museum. There were two problem with this situation. The women did not know that 1. The Texas vs Oklahoma game was at the same place as the Childrens Museum and 2. The State fair was also at the same place as the Childrens Museum. Despite getting stuck in traffic for an hour and a half the boys had a great time playing at the childrens museum.
